Then, during a designated time period after the start of the Green Festival, each attendee of the Green Festival may vote for the finalist believed to be most deserving of the Award through a balloting system to be established and publicized by the Sponsor. After the cutoff for the voting, the Sponsor will tally the votes and make the Award to the finalist with the largest number of votes. The Sponsor will announce the winner on the Sunday afternoon of the applicable Green Festival. The Sponsor will mail or otherwise deliver the Award check to the winner within 14 (fourteen) business days of the Award announcement if the check is not presented to the winner at the time of the announcement.
