Angela Vincent is the voice of the children’s character, Queen Green, a depiction of Mother Nature who teaches environmental lessons through rhyme and song. Angela teamed up with her mother, Marisa Vincent, to co-create the children’s book and album, “Save Queen Green! Mother Nature’s Eco-Rhymes.” As a passionate environmental activist, she is thrilled to combine her love for music and the environment to educate children on critical issues about our planet. Angela received a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis in performance theatre and music, and with a minor in political science. She also holds a certificate in Recycling & Resource Management from Golden West College and currently serves as a Recycling Specialist for California’s Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). Angela is currently working towards her Master’s degree in Urban Sustainability from Antioch University Los Angeles where she is exploring the intersection of children’s environmental education and environmental justice.
